All electronic licensing is non-returnable and non-refundable. We offer a standard, full money back, 30-day return policy on all hardware. For all hardware units being returned they must be in new condition, unopened and unregistered. All returns must occur within 30 days of receipt of merchandise and all returns must have an RMA number assigned. Use our Contact us form to request an RMA number. No returns past 30 days, no returns on opened merchandise, and shipping charges are non-refundable. We offer 100% "in-store" credit on all returns or 75% cash back (25% restock fee applies to all cash back requests). If you return the unit damaged or missing specific items, we reserve the right to deny your RMA request and return the hardware to you.
